Israeli Zoboomafoos Escape Jerusalem Zoo

Israel Galei Tzahal (IDF) Radio reports that Two Lemur monkeys escaped from the Jerusalem Biblical Zoo this morning, and Israeli police and zoo crews are searching Jerusalem's neighborhood for the fleeing primates (pictured at right).

If you spot them, please call the Israeli Police hot-line, 100. Zookeepers say the monkeys normally don't attack human beings.

I'd put my money on the monkeys being headed to the Knesset.

  2. Weird. They look kinda cute, until you take a closer look at their eyes. Then they look like Tzipi Livni.

  3. No way would they go to the Knesset. That's just silly. Everyone knows that Lemur monkeys don't like baboons (or is it vultures???)! Duh.

  5. Do you think they would notice them if they went to the Knesset?
