On something Mrs. Clinton said...

With Jameel's untimely moratorium in place on anti-Obama posts (while he plans the add-on/expansion to his "settler' home), that leaves us with a lot of material that is temporarily unpublishable.

Luckily, Jameel didn't say we can't talk about Mrs. Clinton.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has issued an unprecedented statement clarifying President Barack Obama’s demands for Israel to stop expanding Jewish communities in areas it acquired following the 1967 Six-Day War, including Jerusalem.

Ms. Clinton’s press spokesman was asked if President Obama’s demand to halt expansion of “West Bank Jewish communities” included a demand to stop expansion of Jewish neighborhoods in Jerusalem.

The answer was affirmative. The U.S. State Department demands that Israel limit Jewish growth in these areas of Jerusalem, “whose status remains to be determined” in negotiations.

That would of course specifically include the Old City of Jerusalem.

Jameel, bring on the posts about Srugim 2.0 already!!!

  1. Israel should demand a cancellation of natural growth in Washington pronto. Ms Clinton can take her comments about Jerusalem and shove it you know where. This is not violating the moratorium on anti-Obama posts for its fair game to go after Ms. Clinton!

  4. Typical settler move. Forbid you from going in one way, and you sneak in another.

That's why there's no peace, you obstacle to peace, you....

  5. Israel's Yassam are a waste of Israel's tax dollars. What is the threat to the state's authority if a couple of Jews want to live in shacks in the middle of nowhere? Demolishing them looks good to the media but at the end, its still pointless. Never before in history have a handful of people threatened the plans of so many nations. What power G-d has given to them!

This is like the difference between pharoah and Lavan. Pharoah only wanted to kill all the boys, Lavan wanted to kill both boys and girls. So Hillary is alike to Lavan - and now you know why its called "The White (Lavan) House"

I heard this Shabbat that the demand re settlements on Israel is to deliberately bring the confrontation to a head, to force an arab response.

I find it so chutzpedik and insanely absurd that 'any' govt. dictates to a sovereign country that they use an axesaw on its own land and people.

It should be mentioned that the US refuses to move its embassy to WEST Jerusalem because its "status is yet to be determined". Is building there prohibited too?
