Well even if the young woman's outfit is not regulation all black, her accessory machine gun is. Does that make her half chareidi? Just curious--what's the etiquette for where you put the gun when you sit down at the table?
ReplyDeleteProfK: I always put mine under the table...(at a simcha). When visiting friends for shabbat meals -- usually high up on a bookcase with the magazine removed.
ReplyDeleteIn shul -- well, I'll have to take another picture of that on an erev shabbat (which means showing up on time for mincha :)
My son-in-law carries a pistol - much easier for shul and for wedding etiquette: he just keeps it holstered on his hip at all times. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnnie: the specific question was about rifle etiquette -- OBVIOUSLY one's semi-automatic pistol should be loaded and holstered all the time :-)
ReplyDeletechick-with-automatic-weapon porn. yeah, i've seen it before, i live in israel. that's so hot. (yawn).
ReplyDeletesorry, feeling slightly ornery.
