Another week....another barrage of rockets.

Since last Wednesday, Israel has been rocketed again and again by Gaza.

Shabbat was particularly bad, as GRAD rockets were fired at Ashdod, Asheklon,http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif Gan Yavneh, Beer Sheva...some direct hits took place as well. As of this morning, over 24 rockets have been launched at Israel from Gaza since Shabbat morning.

Ashkelon resident Moshe Ami, 56, died Saturday after sustaining serious shrapnel wounds by a rocket fired at Ashkelon as part of a relentless attack from Gaza. Another victim was lightly injured. Both were taken to the Barzilai Medical Center. (ynet)

  1. Unfortunately this photo makes me think of the "shower scene" in Shindler's List - this is the "good" picture of the situation, evidence of the Iron Dome not the GRADs and not their damage. (And the rainbow for the uninformed seems like even more good.)

  2. At the end of the article in this link I am posting, the author says this latest barrage from Gaza, is an attempt to derail a portion of the swap deal: that Hamas has to abandon its headquarters in Syria. I cannot find confirmation of this anyplace else. Do any here, know of that portion of the deal? Thanks!

  3. Hi Ma Sands -

Its best to ignore 100% of the text on debka. I have never found any of their reporting to be accurate or representative of whats actually going on in Israel.

    Regards...
