Purim of Yesteryear: Celebrations in Tel-Aviv 1932-34

The "Adloyada" Celebrations in Tel Aviv in 1932-34.

Particularly interesting are the floats mocking the Nazis, complete with giant swastikas, and warning of the impending disaster in Europe.

    Also amazing to see just how vibrant the city was well before the formal recognition of the state.
