UPDATE: 4:21 PM Security forces have apprehended a suspect in the Kfar Saba...details as they become available. Traffic slowly returning to its normal rush-hour crawl.
4:00 PM IDF Radio (and many other news sources) are reporting that a Palestinian terrorist is on the loose in the Ra'anana, Kfar Saba, Herziliya region, and a massive IDF and security forces manhunt is under way.
This region (as well as the alongside, Shomron area) are now full of traffic jams and security checkpoints, as security forces are urgently hunting for the terrorist.
If you're stuck in one of those traffic jams or at a checkpoint, please be patient as the IDF is doing its best now, to keep us safe.
