Important Update:
The 2000 free minutes Ramadan offer is between the nighttime (Ramadan party hours) hours of 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM -- and are only from Orange to Orange phones (within the Orange network). The free minutes are NOT to every single Israeli destination.
Not as amazing as being able to call every single number in Israel, but still impressive...
However, the NFC (news first class, news 1) website has an additional scoop about Orange's targeted advertising offers for the "Arab sector".
If you're an Arab and newly engaged, you're entitled to a package of 1500 talk minutes per month, at 9 agorot a minute.

All of these incredible innovations coming from Israel...and yet they still don't have free in-network calling or free nights and weekends?
AFIK, the newly engaged package is also advertised as available to religious people (haredim etc)
Hi Keren -- thanks for that update, it wasnt in the NFC article.
Jameel,
I thought the Arabic greeting was Ramadan Kareem.
The deal for the Jewish public is this one, advertised for the 'dati' public:

1000 minutes for 9 agorot (Orange phones only).
Deals don't come for free. The 'newly engaged' deal also doesn't come for free. Is there a hidden fee in this Ramadan deal?
Does this offer work on bigtalk prepaid accounts.
Orange has ended the destival early. I suppose too many people registered and it is their prerogative to end a sale gone viral.
Frankly, everyone can go get a Haredi plan, and it's too bad that this is not actively offered to non-religious as well. I think that man a parent would want to get their kids simple, no frills phones without the almost obligatory internet connection.
