Joe -- Samaritan Cohanim were tested and do have the genetic marker.
Rafi -- the eldest member of Yefet's family is the Cohen Gadol. If/When he becomes the eldest member, then he will become the Cohen Gadol.
who has time on erev pessach to go to this? I wish I could.. maybe I will remember for next year...
