Math Class for Gaza

Hi Gazan Readers of the Muqata!

Today's number is Three Hundred. 300

It's a biiiiig number.

What does it mean? Its the distance in number of meters, that you must stay away from the security fence between Gaza and Israel.

Three Hundred Meters is also, Thirty thousand centimeters!

Doesn't that sound unfair? Maybe you should complain to the UN that you have to stay 30 thousand centimeters away from a border fence, and it prevents your flock of goats from grazing on sand...

IDF forces are requiring you to stay away from the border fence and you will face serious consequences (perhaps even death) if you approach the fence.

The IDF has dropped these fliers over Gaza to WARN you, to stay away!

This has been a public service announcement from the Muqata Blog...

3 hundred meters is NOT 3000cm. Its 30,000cm
there are 100cm in a meter.
I thought we jews were good for math and science.

it still is wrong, you left another reference to the 3000. "to stay 3 thousand centimeters away"

I guess thats what you get for correcting a post in under 30 seconds.

If we could just make it 3,000,000,000 cm then they will need to learn to swim too (besides maths !)

I thought math classes in Gaza were about proper explosive ratios in bombs.

That and counting civilian deaths.
