Old City Riots

The Arabs are rioting around the Old City of Jerusalem today after Police limited access to the Temple Mount due to threats of further Arab Temple Mount riots that began last week on Yom Kippur (you knew about that, right?).

A bus full of Arab "protesters" on Road 6 on the way to the Temple Mount was caught and turned around. (It is not clear if this is connected to the 70 Arabs found crammed into a refrigeration truck that were being smuggled somewhere by an Arab from Abu Ghosh).

Senior Fatah (PA) and Islamic Movement officials have been arrested and received court orders distancing them from the Old City after it was uncovered they were directing the riots.

Multiple incidents of Rock throwing in Gush Etzion.

Molotov cocktails thrown at police in Jerusalem.

Other stuff happening.

We should start seeing a clearer picture of today's events soon enough.

I hear there is going to be more riots on Monday, so beware. Seems these are related to some deal of Abbas' sons for permit for license from Israel for their 'business' (think its cell phones or such)! I realize that 2 plus 2 doesnt exactly equal 4, but 'numbers' in the ME are never like in the rest of the world.

The Arabs perceive a weak Israeli government. When is Israel going to open the Temple Mount to Jewish prayers and tell the Arabs to shove it?

Its about time to end bending over backwards to make Ishmael happy.
