'IDF reports that the axe terrorist entered the Bat Ayin community by dressing up as a "settler."'

Correct me if I'm wrong, but settlers don't usually walk around with axes. At least not the ones *I* know.

lead poisoning

YSRH: Why are you surprised? If work needs being done around a community, lots of agricultural work is done with an axe.

I had no idea... Thanks Jameel. And thanks for the continued updates.

Listening to Galei Tzahal this morning, I can't help but feeling that the whole story is just a long-yearned-for jumping off point to bad mouth the settlers in general and Bat Ayin specifically.

The only interview held was from a resident of Bet Omar, active in the Peace movement Taayoush (who seemed to have the name Halevy, but sounded arab - I'm confounded) who among other consoling words said something to the effect of the only good settler is an uprooted settler.

Second most airtime winner was the rehashing of the 2002 Bat Ayin underground.

Third of course was the fact that the settlers were preparing to begin a revenge rampage.

Finally, the settler's quirky insistence not to have a fence around their settlement.

(Of course, the word hitnachlut was used over and over, the word Yishuv was not used even once.)

That Bet Omar resident btw was Issam Tzalebi, not Yosef Halevy.

Reshet Bet seemed to not give the story that much airtime. They also ran a piece about how the residents of Bat Ayin were not planning revenge.
